My products are in different categories to those you currently sell – can I still apply to sell with you?

Seekology is currently focused on Beauty + Wellbeing and we are looking for brands with a point of difference within our existing categories. However we may expand into other categories in the future, so feel free to send us your details via the form and we will keep your details on file for future stores.

How do you decide which brands get specific spaces in store?

We are a curated marketplace, and are passionate about creating a premium customer experience with a fantastic assortment of brands across different categories within Beauty + Wellbeing. We will manage the overall product assortment to ensure that it is balanced across categories and in line with what we think our customers looking for; this may vary across the year. Within the store, we offer brands different commercial packages based on the size of the space they would like to take and our availability.

Who are the people working in the store?

The Seekology store team are all experienced retailers, with a focus on luxury, beauty and/or wellbeing. We have chosen them specifically because they are passionate about emerging brands and building relationships with customers. In addition, you will find members of the Seekology HQ team in store most days – we like to spend time with both our brands and customers too!

As a brand owner, do I need to spend time in the store?

Absolutely not, if you don’t want to! We want to make retail as easy, flexible and cost-effective for you as possible. However if you do want to spend some time in the store we would be delighted to talk to you about how you can get involved with our various events.

How much does it cost to sell with Seekology?

We charge a commission on all product sales and a monthly participation fee for inclusion in our store. There are varying packages available to suit different brands’ needs. If you are interested in selling with us please apply online here and we will get back to you.

How long can I join the Seekology store for?

We offer packages to brands from one month upwards. This gives us both the opportunity to test customers’ responses to your products, as well as enabling us to introduce some new brands every month. We will also ensure the overall product assortment is seasonally relevant so some brands may be invited to join at regular intervals.

How long will it take to get a response after I apply online?

We endeavour to respond to all brands within two weeks and may require further information before making a decision. Please bear with us at peak selling times as we are very small team and we will do our best to make decisions quickly. 

Does Seekology accept brands from outside the UK?

We are currently working with brands that are either based in the UK or have a representative here. Please check back in future as we hope to be able to launch overseas brands soon.

Does Seekology charge a joining fee?

We do not charge a joining fee, however we only accept brands that are willing to participate in our store for at least one month.

How do I apply to sell with Seekology?

Please apply online here to supply us with the information we need to decide whether your brand is a good fit for Seekology. Note that we have received hundreds of applications since we launched; we are only a small team and we will get back to you so please bear with us!
