Delivery & Returns


Orders are shipped directly to you by the brands featured at Seekology. This means that if you order from multiple brands, you may have to pay more than one shipping cost. Shipping costs can vary between brands depending on the postal or courier services they use.

Products bought from different brands will be shipped separately. Our brands use either Royal Mail or courier services. 

If you need your products by a particular date, please contact us at and we will be able to advise on lead times. 

Please bear in mind that your order will be shipped directly from our brands, who are small, independent businesses. Lead times are subject to change at busy times of year.

At the moment, we only ship to the UK. If you would like to express an interest in international shipping, please contact us to let us know which country you would like to ship to.

Please contact us at if you wish to arrange a return, including the full details of your order number and the reason for the return. We recommend you return products to us via tracked delivery to ensure their safe arrival.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return a product at your own expense within 14 days of receiving it. In this instance we would not refund any original delivery charge.

Please note that products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Products must be returned with full outer packaging and in perfect, re-saleable condition. Seekology will refund delivery charges and reimburse your costs of returning a product in the event that it is faulty.
