A relaxing and calming blend of Lavandin, Valerian Root and Roman Chamomile. This oil is best used half an hour before bed time for a restful night's sleep. This blend is NOT intended for use in your OYL'E jewellery. 

DIRECTIONS: Mix one or two drops with a carrier oil (Fractionated Coconut) for massage or to apply on pulse points. Add few drops to a water based diffuser. Note: Always consult a qualified aromatherapist, if unsure when using essential oils.

INGREDIENTS: Lavandin hybrida grosso, Valeriana Rhizome and Anthemis nobilis flower oil.
